Professional Background

While Jonathan Pelezzare is not a licensed California architect, he successfully completed all divisions of the National Architect Registration Examination (ARE), earning eligibility to sit for the California Supplemental Examination (CSE). The California Supplemental Examination is a state-specific licensing examination that focuses primarily on California laws, regulations, professional practice, and related topics. Jonathan narrowly missed passing the CSE by two points.
